We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the service:
- Account and trial details — name, work email, company name, firm size, and role, submitted when you request a trial or contact us.
- Usage content — the questions you ask the assistant and the conversations you have with our CPAs, which we use to provide and improve the service.
- Technical data — device, browser, IP address, and similar information collected automatically, including via cookies.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the assistant and CPA chat service.
- To set up and manage your trial and account.
- To communicate with you about your trial, account, and service updates.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run the service: with service providers (such as hosting, analytics, and payment processors) bound by confidentiality obligations; with our CPAs to answer your questions; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Confidentiality of your client data
We understand that the questions you ask may relate to your own clients. We treat this information as confidential, restrict access to it, and use it only to deliver and improve the service in line with this policy and your agreement with us.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

We use technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
